Yesterday I shared that Marian Caskets was not able to purchase the house and garage across from Saint Thomas More parish in Scranton for our east coast shop…
BUT, a family who also attends the parish was led to stick their necks out, financially, to acquire the property. They bought it to use the house for a pro-life medical center. They knew nothing of the work of Marian Caskets nor our designs on the property and intended to use the garage to fix up old coal cars from Scranton’s mining days.
However, after we were introduced and they learned of our mission and cross country move they said, “it sounds like God wants you to have it and agreed to rent it to us at a reasonable rate. We took occupancy at the end of August and are busily working to build caskets there and transform an old automotive shop into Marian Caskets’ new east coast headquarters!
